Deal-Radar DACH

Method, sources and limits

I go through the deals with a DACH connection every week for my own work anyway. This page explains how the Deal-Radar is made and what it cannot do.

What is recorded

Publicly reported acquisitions, investments, carve-outs, successions, purchases out of insolvency and funding rounds with a connection to Germany, Austria or Switzerland, usually through the target, the buyer or the investor. The Deal-Radar has been published since Week 41/2026, a few earlier reports were added later. So far there are 315 deals, as of 26/10/2026. The list is not complete. Many transactions are never made public, and some I only find weeks later.

Where the deals come from

Every day I read the announcements of law firms and M&A advisers, press releases from buyers, investors and sellers, mandatory disclosures, authorities and the trade press. A program collects candidates from these and pre-reads buyer, target and type of deal. I check every edition myself before it is published. Anything I cannot support with a public source stays out.

Source and date

Each deal has a link to its source. Where possible, I link to the announcement of the parties themselves. The date is the day of the first public report, not the closing. A closing from the spring therefore does not appear as a new deal. Deals I only find later are listed as a late addition in the next edition.

Investor, sector and advisers

For add-ons I name the investor behind the platform, as stated by the source or the platform's website. The sector is assigned by fixed rules from the description of the target. Advisers are only listed if the source names them.

Logos

I take logos once from the website of each company, check the match and store them on my own servers in Frankfurt. No third-party service is loaded when you visit these pages. Without a checked logo only the name is shown. The logos show who was involved in a deal. They are not references of SourcingClub.

Independence

SourcingClub was not involved in the transactions shown unless this is stated explicitly. I work as a deal origination partner for some investors that appear in the Deal-Radar. They are not highlighted: rankings are sorted only by the number of deals, deal lists by the date of the first report.

Errors and corrections

If you notice an error or a deal is missing, please report it to me here. I check the report and correct the entry. Entries that cannot be supported are removed.
