Miba acquires the plain bearing business RENK Bearings, based in Hanover, from the RENK Group. RENK Bearings manufactures hydrodynamic plain bearings, flexible couplings and special drive components and generated revenue of €128m in 2025. The sale is linked to RENK's strategy of focusing more strongly on the defence business.
